a very relaxing holiday
The hotel personnel is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food at the hotel was extremely delicious =)
The hotel direction signboard to the hotel should be improved (too small, dirty, covered by the trees) because we passed by the hotel few times and can't find the hotel.

Nice hotel away from touristy stuff, very nice pool- shaded, clean, large, with diving board.

Double room had one of two A/C's not working. Took 2 1/2 hours to move us to another room. After that, all was good.

Excelente hotel, deficiente servicio
El hotel y las habitaciones son muy bonitas, limpias y tranquilas, muy cerca de la Laguna de manialtepec, que es lo que buscábamos, incluye estacionamiento y wifi gratuito, te dan todo el agua que quieras sin cargo adicional.
Al llegar, tardan en abrir la puerta y es incómodo por estar a orilla de carretera, al hacer el check in me cobró 25% de más "según por la Comisión de booking" que después me di cuenta era inexistente, no nos pudimos meter a la alberca porque no estaba disponible, el agua caliente de la ducha duró 3 min, y tuve que terminar de bañar a mi bebe con agua fría, nos apagaron el wifi porque según iba a llover y lo reconectaron a las 10 am del día siguiente, lo cual es incómodo porque no hay señal ni datos del cel. Nota: No aceptan ningún tipo de tarjetas.
